THE cult comedy classic that is Allo Allo, complete with original cast member Vicki Michelle is just one of the visiting shows that will be packing them in at the Mercury Theatre this autumn.

Following the launch of the company season last week, the people at the Colchester theatre have now revealed what other theatrical de-lights are on offer in the run up to Christmas and beyond.

It all starts next month with a sneaky peak at Charlie Victor Romeo, an Edinburgh Festival show which is being co-produced by the Mercury, along with Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds and Scamp Theatre.
