A MAN who was given a four-year antisocial behaviour order has also been evicted from his home.
Simon Lockley, who was 42 when he appeared before Colchester magistrates in May, has been evicted by Greenfields Housing Association, which owns his Earls Colne home.
The De Vere Road tenant had admitted ten charges stemming from incidents on April 2, including drink-driving, assault, criminal damage and being in possession of cannabis.
A summons was issued to gain possession of his bungalow, and this month, a possession order was made in Colchester County Court
