A fly-tipper has been fined £1,000 after dumping rubbish in the Colchester countryside.
Benjamin Perry, 23, of Holly Road, Stanway, ditched oil drums, wooden planks and an old lawn-mower in Blind Lane, Birch.
He was fined £1,000 with £215 costs.
