Police investigating the death of a man have released the name of the victim.
Alan Reilly, 25, was stabbed in Coldnailhurst Avenue, Bocking, on Tuesday at about 10pm.
Mr Reilly lived in Trotters Field, Braintree.
Yesterday afternoon, police revealed that provisional results of a post-mortem examination showed Mr Reilly died as a result of multiple stab wounds.
Two youths aged 17 and 18, both from Braintree, who were arrested in connection with the incident have been released on police bail until May 30.
