A man was found dead in a hotel room in Colchester.
Staff made the discovery at the Peveril Hotel, on North Hill, on Saturday morning.
Police and ambulance were called and paramedics confirmed the man's death at the scene.
A police spokesman said the death was not being treated as suspicious.
Staff at the hotel declined to comment.
