POLICE have spent the morning at a retail park in Colchester, supporting a man who had been there for some time.
Passers by reported hearing "loud music" from a car outside Costa and Subway in the Turner Road Retail Park.
It started at about 9am, and by noon the man was still there.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "We were called at 9.45am to concerns for the welfare of a man in Colchester.
"Our inquiries are ongoing and the man is being supported."
