A DRIVER and his passenger who were stopped with hundreds of cannisters of laughing gas are set to be sentenced.
Officers uncovered hundreds of cannisters of nitrous oxide when they searched the boot of a car driven by Rhys Kyesimira, in Cowdray Avenue, Colchester.
Kyesimira, 20, and his passenger Paul Ola, 20, were arrested and later charged with possession of a psychoactive substance with intent to supply.
The pair admitted the charge when they appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court on Tuesday.
Kyesimira and Ola were released on unconditional bail until a sentencing hearing on Tuesday, July 10.
