A supermarket has cut its opening times by four hours.
The Somerfield supermarket on Halstead High Street has changed its opening hours from 8am-10pm to 8am-9pm Monday to Friday.
Saturday shopping has been extended by one hour, from 8am-9pm instead of 8am-8pm.
Sunday shopping times of 10am-4pm remain the same.
The changes come as the chain store decided to regulate the opening hours of all its branches across the country.
