THE contents of a historic family home are set to go up for sale in a major antique auction.
These images show the wealth of items which have come from the Grade II Listed Baythorne Park, on the Essex/Suffolk Border in the Stour Valley following the sale of the house itself last year.
It was the first time in 65 years it had come to the market and now the collection of late owner Sir Julian Watson, a keen sportsman, is up for sale.
Antique furniture, paintings and silver will be amongst the 390 items offered at the Cheffins Auctioneers Fine Art Sale in Cambridge on March 7 and 8 at 11am.
Together they are valued at an estimated £100,000 to £150,000.
