A CRASH involving a lorry and a van is causing delays on the A120.
The accident happened on the A120 at Marks Tey just before 8.30am this morning.
The road is partially blocked in both directions near the junction for Great Tey Road.
Traffic is queuing back to the A12 junction.
UPDATE 9.55am
The incident has now been cleared but there is still a lot of traffic in the area.
Traffic towards Coggeshall is queuing back to the A12 turn off, and towards Colchester is back to Coggeshall.
There is also slow moving traffic around the Marks Tey interchange which is causing slow moving traffic on the A12 north and south exit slip roads.
UPDATED 10.05am
A spokesman for the ambulance service said: “We were called at 8.10am to a crash in Coggeshall Road.
“We sent an ambulance and took a man in his 30s to Colchester General Hospital with suspected leg injuries.
“He was conscious and breathing and we departed in the ambulance just after 9am.”
