A HOTEL in Ardleigh has been put on the market for just under £2million.
The Dragonfly, just off Old Ipswich Road, has been put up for sale by owners, the Roya l Bank of Scotland, along with four other Dragonfly hotels across the South and East.
Colliers International’ s hotel agency team has been appointed to dispose of the portfolio, worth an estimated £14million.
The other hotels are in King’s Lynn, Bury St Edmunds, Peterborough and Stevenage.
The Ardleigh Dragonfly, just off the junction of the A12 and A120, has 50 rooms.
Paul Barrasford, Colliers International’s hotel agency director, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire an established hotel portfolio which offers prospective purchasers the opportunity to invest.
“These properties are also ideal for an individual investor or private individual with a vocation for the hospitality sector.
“Given the current strength of the hotel market, we anticipate a strong level of interest.”
Interested parties can make offers on one or all the hotels.
