A DOG which went missing from his home in Colchester ten days ago has been spotted ten miles away in Brightlingsea No-one has been able to catch Noodles, the black whippet.
A Facebook page called “Get Noodles Home has more than 870 followers.”
Owner Georgina Charlesworth, of De Grey Road, said: “He was last seen on Bank Holiday Monday in Brightlingsea behind the church in a field. He seems to be field running. He is petrified of cars.”
Noodles, three, is believed to have travelled down Ipswich Road, Harwich Road, up Clingoe Hill and into Elmstead Market and Alresford. He is a nervous dog so anyone who sees him is urged to lure him with affection and food rather than try to catch him.Anyone who finds Noodles should call the dog warden on 01206 282581.
