A LONG awaited road has opened in north Colchester.
The Northern Approach Road Three which runs between United Way and connects to the existing Northern Approach Road opened on Wednesday.
It contains a bus lane as it will form part of Colchester's Park and Ride which is due to open on Monday.
Buses will run between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday.
