A WOMAN has been arrested on suspicion of a string of offences in connection to a fatal road crash in Braintree.
The woman, 23, from Beccles in Suffolk, was arrested yesterday on suspicion of aiding and abetting a number of offences including causing death by dangerous driving, causing serious injuring by dangerous driving, causing death by driving whilst disqualified and uninsured and supply of a controlled drug.
The crash, at 4.50pm on Sunday, December 7, involved a blue Ford Fiesta being driven by David Bradley, 30, from Braintree and a blue VW Polo being driving by Coz Powell, 21, from Gosfield. Both drivers died as a result of the collision, as did the passenger in the Polo, James Simmons, 18, also from Braintree.
The suspect has been bailed pending further police enquiries until Saturday, August 15.
