A town centre restaurant is not for sale - yet.
While estate agents have marketed the lease for the Old Court Restaurant in Church Street, Colchester, the owner has said the establishment was not up for sale and that the marketing campaign was a mistake.
Sudbury-based Fleurets has advertised the lease and contents of the restaurant for £130,000 on the internet.
Owner Peter Moore told the Evening Gazette the restaurant was not up for sale, but admitted he had had the business valued "out of interest".
"It is categorically not on the market at the moment, but you never know what might happen in the future," he said.
A Fleurets spokesman said a "mistake has been made" and apologised for any confusion.
