the stats have increased because of the call outs available via the single man paramedic vehicles.
they get called out to all and sundry because that is was what they were designed to do. they check out the jobs which need to go to hospital in two man vehicles or the ones that can be done on the pot.
issues are worsened by today's society who are fat, overweight, indulgent, drunk and drugged out of their brains on mind bending cocktails of illicit substances.
the one big problem here is that everyone picks up the bill for those that want to push the boat out of there sorry little existences.
i laughed my t*ts off the other day when i saw a couple puffing and panting around iceland's with a trolley up to the hilt of packaged frozen food i counted at least 5 cheesecakes in there, half the trolley was paid for on DSS style food coupons. lovely jubbly!!! they both had the custom made walking sticks and were as big as giant haystacks the wrestler. they got into a £25,000 people carrier with blue badge and drove off.
the NHS and DSS is busting at the seems with the over users of the system, when its time for your turn you are basically F**KED because the regulars use most of the funding.
116 heart attacks why? 1,500 people falling over why? 200 car crashes why?
this is not a sign of the times, but a sign that something is clearly very wrong here.
