A NEIGHBOUR says she has endured a four-year “nightmare” caused by a restaurant in Colchester’s Dutch Quarter.
The Stockwell, in West Stockwell Street, opened last year after a £1million refurbishment.
However, it has been revealed the owners have breached ten planning conditions since the restuarant opened.
The restaurant has hired a troubleshooter to take control of planning matters.
Christine Lavelle, who lives next to the restaurant, said: “It has been an absolute nightmare.”
