Members of a women-only gym in Colchester will be walking along the Wivenhoe Trail next week to raise cash for charity.
About 80 women from Gymophobics gym in Haven Road are preparing to take on the challenge on Friday, August 2.
The walk, which is expected to take the group about an hour and a half, has been organised to raise money for Autism Anglia.
The charity provides a range of services to help people with the condition live as independently as possible.
