HARWICH Town Council will get the chance to cross examine maternity bosses next week.
The maternity unit at the Fryatt Hospital is in danger of closing under new NHS plans.
An extraordinary meeting will be held next Wednesday at 9.30am.
The meeting is in the 1912 Centre and NHS representatives will be present.
Members of the public are welcome to attend and will be given 15 minutes to ask questions. However they will not be able to take part in the debate.
