Jenna Menzies, 17, will have her Visit Wivenhoe short film screened at the BBC’s Children and Young People's Film Festival.
The Old Heath resident, who is studying a media course at Colchester Institute, used to live in the town and was inspired by tourism adverts for Scotland and Wales.
