A WOMAN was rescued from her yacht after falling severely sick.
The West Mersea RNLI lifeboat was called to the yacht, moored in the Strood at around 2am on Friday after the woman, 61, complained of vomiting and severe abdominal pains.
She and her husband were met at the lifeboat station where a paramedic took them to Colchester General Hospital.
