A SCHOOLGIRL is chopping off her hair so it can be made into a wig for a child with cancer.
Aoife Coyle, nine, has only ever had a trim because she loves her hair.
But the West Bergholt’s Heathlands Primary School pupil has decided to cut almost all of it off for charity.
Mum Ailish Coyle, of Chitts Hill, Colchester, said: “She really wants to give it to someone with cancer. The idea just really connected with her because she has so much hair and these children have none."
