A CHARITY shop has been forced to close its doors one day a week due to a volunteer shortage.
The East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) shop, in Short Wyre Street, Colchester, is no longer open Wednesdays.
It remains on open the rest of the week Monday to Saturday, and the hospice is now holding two volunteer open days in a bid to recruit more helpers.
- Open days take place at the shop on Friday July 26 and Saturday July 27 between 10am and 3pm.
