A ROCK school is opening in Colchester.
"Supastars" will be holding a summer school at the Hythe Community Centre and Oaktree Centre in St Anne’s.
The group has been given up to £30,000 in the last two years by Youth Music, which encourages children to learn an instrument.
It will feature at Oaklands on August 6 to 9.
The rock school will take over at the Hythe on August 13 to 16.
Each week will end with a concert.
It costs £5 for the week and is open to nine to 16-year-olds.
