Not even Father Christmas could fill this stocking!
Clacton Chamber of Trade created the record-breaking 45ft festive sock last year and appealed for good-willed residents to donate gifts to fill it.
They wanted to set a new record for the biggest filled Christmas stocking.
Hundreds came forward with presents, which will be distributed to good causes in the area, before the stocking was hoisted on to Tesco in Brook Retail Park last night.
