Britain's first soap bar is scrubbed and ready for action.
Bubbles, in Colchester High Street, was due to open to the public for the first time today.
It plans to take on male-focused sports bars by luring women with live episodes of popular soap operas like EastEnders and Coronation Street.
Bosses have received a flood of interview requests from national newspapers and broadcasters since the Evening Gazette broke the story of the venture last week.
