TENANTS looking to re-size their home flocked to a housing swap-shop event.
A mutual exchange fair was organised by Colchester Borough Homes for social housing tenants across town.
Changes to housing benefit from April 1 mean people in homes too large for their needs faced a cut to their payments, and in a bid to help those affected residents are being encouraged to swap to more suitable homes.
More than 100 people attended the event.
