PUPILS, governors and staff are celebrating after inspectors rated their school outstanding.
Ofsted gave Brightlingsea Infant School top marks across the board following a visit at the beginning of May.
Praise was given for outstanding and motivating teaching which included youngsters’ ideas, and pupils “make rapid and sustained progress”.
Attitudes and behaviour from pupils was also recognised in the report, while parents were seen to be very happy with the 244-pupil school.
