A HEAD for higher maths is probably more common at Essex University, but higher buildings were order of the day at a charity fundraiser.
More than 100 students and staff abseiled down the 14-storey, 160ft Raleigh Tower on the Wivenhoe campus to raise cash for good causes.
The event, organised by the Students’ Union, raised more than £4,000 for the St Helena Hospice, the Robin Cancer Trust and the Centre for Action on Rape and Abuse.
