THE manager of a children’s play centre rated as inadequate by inspectors says improvements have already been made.
Ofsted gave after-school care at Go Bananas the lowest rating after concerns about children’s safety.
The regulator visited the club, at the Cowdray Centre in Mason Road, Colchester, on March 26 and said youngsters were not adequately supervised in areas open to the public.
Manager Michelle Preston, who took over four weeks ago, said: "We have had a follow up visit and they were more than happy with the changes and improvements we have made."
