David Carter, 36, of Richard Avenue, in Wivenhoe, cannot enter any pub or club in Essex or Suffolk
A WIVENHOE man has been banned from every pub and club in the county after being given an asbo.
David Carter, 36, of Richard Avenue, was also ordered not to go into any licensed premises in Suffolk, according to the five-year order.
It was granted in his absence at Colchester Magistrates' Court yesterday.
Essex Police applied for the order in light of Carter's continuing aggressive and intimidating behaviour in Wivenhoe, Colchester, Mistley, Manningtree and Brantham, in Suffolk.
As part of the order, Carter cannot:
- use abusive, insulting, threatening or intimidating behaviour within hearing and sight distance of someone who is not in his family
- remain in any place which the public has access to after having been requested to leave by the owner, member of staff of police officer
- enter any licensed premises in Essex or Suffolk.
