TRADERS are angry at the planned closure of a rural bank branch this summer.
Nationwide has confirmed its Brightlingsea office will shut down on July 31, at 2pm.
The banking chain says profitability and customer usage are behind the decision, but local businesses say the branch is a vital service in the town.
