Conductors rewarded for good service

TWO North Essex train conductors have been praised for their customer service.

Greater Anglia has recognised Colchester-based Lee Pratt and Clacton-based Martin Gilbertson after they scored top marks in a recent mystery shopper survey.

Andrew Goodrum, customer service director for the train operator, said: “I am delighted these conductors have been singled out as delivering excellent customer service and would like to thank them for their efforts to create a pleasant on board experience for our customers.”

The conductors achieved their perfect scores between October 14 and November 10.
