Wild bedtime stories wanted in RSPCA competition

WILDLIFE-THEMED bedtime stories are wanted from budding young authors in an RSPCA competition.

There is just over a week to go before the closing date for entries to Wild About Britain.

The competition closes on Monday December 10 and entries must be no more than 500 words long and feature an animal or animals from British wildlife.

There are two age categories, 11 years and under and 12-16-year-olds and a judging panel will award a gold, silver and bronze for each category.
