So if you are not with BSkyB you are limited to one hour per day for a journey that will take you approximatetly one hour. I think someone has got their head firmly stuck in the cloud.

Sensible people have better things to do on train journeys than be on line all the time.

Hopefully Boris they stay on line for the entire journey, wouldn't want to see a derailment!:-)

If Greater Anglia could work on providing a reliable rail service before they worry about wifi at stations, that would be great. On the plus side, we'll be able to look up the reasons for the train delays while at the station. Useful given the usual lack of information from staff.

So true pinkteapot. I just wish Greater Anglia would be honest and admit that their operation during peak periods is unreliable. As to the internet they are making it free on the stations but if you are steerage on an I/C train you have to pay for it......

This train has been faulty for days or is it just an excuse to run shorter trains Greater Anglia ??

The following train service alterations will occur owing to an earlier train fault

17:32 London Liverpool Street to Clacton-On-Sea will be 8 coaches instead of 12 coaches

17:38 London Liverpool Street to Ipswich will be 8 coaches instead of 12 coaches

17:52 London Liverpool Street to Clacton-On-Sea will be 8 coaches instead of 12 coaches

19:15 London Liverpool Street to Southend Victoria will be 8 coaches instead of 12 coaches

We apologise for any inconvenience caused

An hour should be long enough to look up the reason why the train is late....
