The swishy haired, flouncing comic Michael McIntyre is undoubtedly hilarious – but is he £165 worth of funny?

Well, fans of the comedian seem to think so and tickets to see him at the Cliffs Pavilion in Southend on Tuesday 25 November are being snapped up for that price on Ebay.

Michael, who performed at the Palace Theatre earlier this year, will be doing a ‘work in progress show’.

This means he will try out new material to audiences that may, or may not, be used in his new forthcoming UK tour ‘Happy & Glorious’!

Audiences are even warned that as a consequence Michael will be referring to notes during the performance.

Despite this, fans are willing to pay a premium to see him live.

Tickets for Michael’s show were originally sold for £26 each and at the time of writing this there were three tickets left with restricted views on the Cliffs website.

There is no doubt that the funnyman has clout in the comedy world.

His previous tour ‘Showtime’ was the biggest-selling comedy tour in the world in 2012.

The lucky people who get to see Michael later this month will also get to see his support act, Paul Tonkinson.
