FROST Nora Margaret Passed away peacefully after a short illness in the care of Springfield Nursing Home, aged 95 years. Funeral will take place on Monday 28th July at St. Michaels and All Angels Church, Copford at 12 o’clock followed by Private Cremation. Nora has requested no black. Family Flowers only please. Donations, if desired, made payable to National Osteoporosis Society c/o W H Shephard, 93/94 High Street, Colchester, CO1 1TH.
