CROWDS danced the night away to live bands at an annual cider and wine festival.
Dedham Vale Vineyard hosted the weekend-long festival at its venue in Green Lane, Boxted.
Clevercrafters attended to provide craft activities for families and Colchester band Pink Shed performed throughout the weekend.
There were about 40 ales, ciders and wines on offer for families who kicked back to enjoy a bank holiday bathed in sunshine.
Tom Bunting, who helped organise the event, said: “It was really good and we were really busy, we had record numbers.
“We had a teepee with story telling, and wine tasting and a music stage with local musicians.
“We also had Billericay, Colchester and Mersea breweries there.”
Ice cream and milkshakes were served for those with a sweet tooth.
Mr Bunting said: “We tried to use as much local produce as possible.
“It was brilliant, it turned into a proper little music festival.”
