Brilliantly written piece(!). Factually incorrect with grammatical errors and spelling mistakes all over the place. Diarrhea? Is this an American paper? "All 11 patients?" - this ward has beds for over 30 patients.

Is spelling and or Grammar an issue on these threads.
Take allowances in the fact that this sites auto spell check right click may not be in sync with correct spoken or written English.
As for the patients, staff and the community at large, could I politely ask is there not anything more constructive to add?
