Love Island favourite Ovie Soko has been announced as part of Sky Sports’ NBA coverage for the coming season.
The broadcaster will show more than 170 live matches during the 2019-20 season, with 48 games being broadcast between 6pm and 11pm on Saturday and Sunday evenings to give UK fans greater opportunity to see their teams in action.
Soko, who finished third on the reality TV show with India Reynolds and has represented Great Britain during his basketball career, will be a regular guest for the channel’s new weekly NBA show presented by Jaydee Dyer.
The former Murcia player said of his new role: “I’m delighted to be joining Sky Sports. I’ve lived and breathed basketball since I was a child, and to be offered the opportunity to be part of the team delivering this sport to millions of fans was an opportunity I couldn’t turn down.
“I can’t wait for the NBA season to get under way and offering my thoughts across Sky Sports platforms. This NBA season will be one of the best yet!”
