Tommy Smith sees no reason why his New Zealand side cannot cause an upset and make the second round of the World Cup.
The Ipswich Town defender was part of the All Whites squad that made history by drawing 1-1 with Slovakia on Tuesday.
It was their first-ever World Cup point and puts them in good heart for their next two Group F fixtures, against Italy and Paraguay.
Smith said: “Scoring in the last minute, like we did, was fantastic and gave everyone that extra buzz.
“The atmosphere in the dressing room after the game was amazing. We were all singing and dancing around."
