HEYBRIDGE SWIFTS were victorious in the FA Trophy third qualifying round following a 2-0 win at Potters Bar Town.
Andy Fennell and Kieran Jones were on target to send Swifts through to the first round proper.

But WITHAM TOWN bowed out of the competition after a 1-0 home defeat to AFC Dunstable.
Max Hercules' strike with 17 minutes remaining proved the difference between the two sides, at the Simarco Stadium.

In division north, Adam Flint's first game in charge of MALDON AND TIPTREE resulted in a 3-1 defeat at Felixstowe and Walton United.
First-half goals from Joshua Hitter and Billy Holland put the hosts in command, before Joe Whight scored from the spot to make it 3-0.
Jake Giddings pulled a goal back for the Jammers before the end but it proved only a consolation.

In the Essex Senior League, FC CLACTON ran out 2-1 winners at HALSTEAD TOWN to chalk up a second win over the Humbugs in the space of seven days.
The Humbugs took a first-half lead when Joe Vogler got away down the left and picked out Ben Morris, who calmly slotted home.
But Charlie Thompson equalised for the Seasiders after the break, before Jake Clowsley scored the visitors' winner from the box after a handball in the box.
