Chris Llewellyn has been appointed as Colchester United's new under-18 lead coach.
The 37-year-old, who won six caps for Wales, has linked up with the U's academy having previously coached in the youth set-up at Swansea City.
Llewellyn led the Swans' under-21 side to the 2014-15 Professional U21 Development League 2 title, becoming the Premier League club's first Academy age-group to win an English national development trophy.
He had joined Swansea's youth set-up in 2012, on the back of a successful playing career which saw him clock up more than 400 appearances.
A former midfielder, Llewellyn played for Norwich City for seven years and also represented the likes of Wrexham, Hartlepool United, Grimsby Town and Llanelli.
He is now tasked with coaching Colchester's under-18 side in Professional Development League Two, this season.
