Exit - defender Matt Heath has left Colchester United after the club decided not to offer him a new contract.
John White and Mark Cousins have both been offered new contracts with Colchester United - but Matt Heath has left the club.
White and Cousins, who are both out of contract this summer, are two of Colchester's longest-serving players and boss Joe Dunne has moved to keep them at the club.
But Heath leaves the U's after a five-year spell at the Weston Homes Community Stadium, having been brought to the U's by Geraint Williams in the 2007-08 season.
