Football fans attending Kem Izzet's testimonial on Saturday can benefit from free travel.

Talisman Coaches have made their London Routemaster bus available free of charge for the event.

The bus will leave Colchester Bus Station at 11.30am and will call at Queen Street, St Botolphs Street, Magdalen Street, Military Road, Old Heath Road, Fingringhoe Road, Wick Road, Speedwell Road, Old Heath Road, Whitehall, Haven Road, Colne Causeway, Boundary Road, Avon Way, Hawthorn Avenue, Bromley Road, Parsons Heath, St Johns Road, St Christopher Road, Upland Drive, Ipswich Road, Highwoods Approach, Highclere Road, Brinkley Lane, Severalls Lane, Wyncolls Road, The Crescent and Axial Way.

It will also make the return journey after the testimonial, leaving the stadium at 4pm.

Passengers using the service are asked to make a £2 donation to Kem Izzet’s testimonial fund.

First will also run a shuttle bus to the testimonial, leaving the Ancient Briton Public House at 11.30am.

It will pick up passengers at The Drury and Fat Cat, with passengers required to be at bus stops at 11.30am.

The bus will run to the stadium and then join other Buses in the Bruff Close circuit.

Buses will leave Bruff Close for the stadium at 11.30am, 11.40am and 11.50am and then as soon as they are full, with passengers advised to arrive early.
