Magnus Okuonghae is likely to return to Colchester United's starting line-up for their home game with Bournemouth tonight.

The powerful centre-back has served his one-match suspension following his red card at Rochdale, with Tom Eastman set to make way.

Goalkeeper Mark Cousins is fit again after his shoulder injury but will not feature, while defender Pat Baldwin is still sidelined with a fractured toe.

Winger Ashley Vincent could be on the substitutes bench after recovering from the knee injury he suffered against Wycombe Wanderers, in August.

U's manager John Ward said: “Ashley is certainly pushing for a place on the bench.

“He’s looked very productive in training and I think it was a lift for him to be on the coach up to Sheffield with us.”
