COLCHESTER United’s eye-catching home form holds the key to any success they achieve this season.
That is the view of U’s boss John Ward, who feels it is imperative his side maintain their consistency at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
Colchester host struggling Yeovil Town tomorrow, buoyed by back-to-back wins in League One.
And they already boast one of the most impressive home records in the division.
Ward said: “We have to try and win our home matches, where we’ve been generally strong over the last two years.
“A good result tomorrow would give us a nice buffer going into our away games at Rochdale and Sheffield Wednesday.
“But everything is geared towards winning tomorrow and Yeovil will get our utmost respect.”
