Joe Dunne has insisted Colchester United are not panicking over their recent poor run of form.
The U’s have failed to win any of their last six matches, in Coca-Cola League One.
They travel to play struggling Exeter City on Good Friday, looking for a win to boost their play-off hopes.
However, first-team coach Dunne has said Colchester’s players and staff are remaining calm, as the season reaches an exciting conclusion.
He told the Gazette: “We have to not panic.
“It’s the first time we’ve been in this position for a long time and you can understand why people might be feeling a little bit apprehensive."
