Ipswich Town moved out of the Championship's bottom three after sinking Blackpool 3-1 at Portman Road.

The Blues stretched their unbeaten run to ten games on an entertaining afternoon at Portman Road.

Boss Roy Keane said it was a relief – but felt his side should have added to the strikes from Jon Stead, Jack Colback and Gareth McAuley.

He said: “We're out of the bottom three and it's a relief, when you've been there since the start of the season.

“But it's not something we're proud of. Don't worry – we won't be celebrating.

“We could have won six or 7-1, given the chances we created, especially in the second half.

“They were unbelievable – thank god they didn't cost us otherwise I'd be saying the same things I've been saying for the last few weeks.

“That would have been a nice boost for the players and would have sent a message out to everyone that we're not such a bad team.

“But let's not get too greedy or selfish. We'll take the three goals and move on.”
