Can’t quite believe the same set of players could put in a shift like that today in comparison to what it’s been like this season. Bit of fight and fire makes a huge difference. I’m not 100% sure it’s the long term solution but it’s nice to not have another Saturday ruined!

What a game, different class, player's where playing where they should be playing and they seemed to be hungry for it today. They even done a team huddle which has never happened before and the player's came and clapped the fans before and after the game, couldn't fault it

Hopefully the picture is a sign. ‘Success starts here’ a different team today. The passion, desire was there to see. The season starts here. No coincidence the same players, but a management team that understand the Club. Play like this for rest of the season and all will be fine. Was like watching a different team. If that had been the first game of the season we would have been talking of a promising season ahead for sure.

Great attacking performance and the defence looked solid. Could have scored 5 or 6. Now off for a curry in Manchester city centre to celebrate!!

We saw so much passion, so much vision and so much desire restored into the club. Great game - Nathan, Noah and Jacob
Jake Furby
Brilliant win. Everyone fought today and were passionate. They wanted to play for the badge and that’s what we want. Now we have to take this form onto next week.
Ron Smyth
I have never heard Neil Kelly and Glenn Speller so happy when commentating on a Colchester away game. Was a superb performance from all concerned. Let's hope we get to see something like that at home so Hospital Radio can get just as excited
Jonathan Brown
Fantastic!
Tristan Green
So pleased not to have a weekend ruined by poor gutless football Looked like a brand new team today something to smile about on a Saturday makes a nice change let’s hope it continues up the u’s Tristan

Much needed and a great effort. On paper this is probably an upper-mid table squad, so it will be interesting to see if they can keep it rolling. I have been impressed by Huws since he joined. Defence looked better without Smith.

For the first time in a long time there’s a lot of positives today we looked so much more unified as a team and the scoreline shows. Now I hope this form continues!
Thom
There are numerous players to praise but feel like Noah’s introduction was hugely important to how we played on the front foot. Should be one of the first names on the team sheet imo.
Herbie
Brilliant debut from Kenlock, was strong defensively and gave us an edge going forward with some great balls out. Fully deserved his goal too. Sears was a menace and ran them ragged. Couldn't fault a single player and tactics were spot on. Now let's kick on and move up the table.
Murrkin
Positive result for his club
Steve Wood
Just relieved to get a win at last! Well done to Wayne, Joe and all the players.

This doesn’t erase the bigger issues at the club but right now but it’s a great start. A good opportunity for the players and staff to kick on, get some points on the board and reconnect with the supporters.
Freddie Emerson
From the warmup we looked more or a team. I feel like when brown brought the players over to applaud the fans after warmup it got the crowd going and didn’t stop till the last whistle. Very solid performance hopefully the same result Saturday
David Clayton
Didn't see that coming! Dominant in defence & attack. Every player contributed, but Kenlock & Huws stood out. Huws looks a very shrewd signing, allows Wiredu more freedom. Have to build on this in the home games coming up.

I can’t comprehend it enough to even comment! Mind blown Exploding head. Proves my view that squad plenty good enough though.
Anthony Clachan
Finally that first win of 2022 and what a win that was must now take that into the Swindon Town game next week up the U's
